Job or vocation? More than their degree or hobbies, each believer has a specific calling. Whether that’s missions or management, a focus of the Fellows is to help them determine what their individual calling is. In addition to dedicated mentorship, the Fellows receive 1-on-1 consultation from a vocational coach throughout the year and attend a 4 day Vocational Discernment retreat to discover a biblical theology of work.

The Fellows utilize the MCode, Highlands Ability Battery, and the EQ-i 2.0 (professional vocational assessments) to determine where individuals strengths, weaknesses, and motivations lie.
